Revising or Canceling Orders
To revise or cancel an order prior to it being shipped, customers should contact our customer service support team as soon as possible. Typically, there is a 12-hour processing window in which orders can be revised or canceled.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Where do you ship?
Domestic: Yes, U.S. shipments are processed using USPS or UPS.
International: As of now, we don’t process international shipping, please contact us before placing an order outside the USA.
What is the cost of shipping?
Exact shipping and delivery charges are determined by your location and the package weight, shipping is calculated during the checkout process.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed for shipment within 3-5 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, text message, or email.
Will I be charged duty fees?
All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). You may contact your local customs agent to answer any additional questions.
How do I track my package?
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation including a tracking number within 1-2 business days of your order being processed.
